Developed plans to transform business performance:
- Appointed the Information Management Partner, insourcing
Information Management Director and up to 30 of their 'best people',
for 5 years to deliver the Information Plan.
- Procured development of the Network Availability
Model to illustrate availability of the Network in relation to
Capability and Demand. The tool will be integrated within Decision
Support Tools to illustrate the results of 'what if' scenario
modelling as input into Work Management planning.
- Produced Technical Plan, providing Asset Management
strategy, knowledge requirements and work delivery framework.
- Produced the Information Plan to provide quality
information to the appropriate decision-makers within the Rail
industry, covering Safety, Asset Stewardship, System-wide Performance,
System-wide Capability and Financial Control.
- Formulated Action Plans to ensure the timely
delivery of quality asset information supporting Asset Stewardship
and the development of a Network Availability Model.
